Typical requests are delivered in 48 hours on average.

This includes a brand concept, landing page, collection of social templates, etc. If a request is much larger in size, expect to receive deliverables every 24 hours until the entire request is complete.

We offers a ton of flexibility in how you request designs using Trello. 

Some common ways clients request designs is directly via Trello, sharing Google docs or wireframes, or even recording a brief Loom video (for those who prefer not to write their briefs out). 

Basically, if it can be linked to or shared in Trello, it's fair game.

You'll be able to add as many design requests to your queue as you'd like, and they will be delivered one by one.

This applies to full-scale website or UI/UX work. You should expect to receive a reasonable amount of work every 24-48 hours until the entire request is done.

For the planning and mapping, we use FigJam, which is an online collabarative whiteboard for designers and teams.

For the actual visual design, we use Figma and Penpot, which are design tools and code collaboration platform for designers and developers.

For the design development, we use the latest version of Bootstrap Studio, which is an all-in-CSS framework and platform for creating responsive websites also for designers and developers.

No, Reflow is a service available for a fixed subscription price and we don't charge extra fees. 

However keep in mind that the payment provider you connect (Stripe, PayPal) will continue charging their standard fees on every transaction.

Yes, Reflow supports importing from Shopify and any other source that can export a CSV file.

No worries! We'll continue to revise the design until you're 100% satisfied.

Absolutely. OneProDesign does not cover the following design work: animated graphics (GIFS, etc.), document design (medical forms, etc.), complex packaging, extensive print design (magazines, books, etc.), and Adobe InDesign documents.

If you choose to leave OneProDesign, each of your designs is made especially for you and is 100% yours, meaning that you'll have your all content, files, imagery, BSS license, and Reflow subscription will stay with you from the moment you purchase our service. 

You can then take that content to another designer, agency, or software program and use it to build a new website.

Due to the high quality nature of the work, there will be no refunds issued.
